All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from delivery. Customized and Special Order Items cannot be returned unless they are determined to be damaged or defective.
Returns must include prior authorization from BGR in the form of an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). To receive your RMA please contact our Customer Service Team at customerservice@packbgr.com / 1-800-628-9195.
If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong product or if the product is damaged or defective, you must notify BGR within 30 days from delivery. We will provide shipping instructions and cover all shipping costs for the return. Products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging to receive a full refund. Please include the RMA in the box.
